Working from the Midlands, UK, No Jobs in the Arts support and champion the voices of early-career creatives, namely emerging artists and curators at the start of their careers in the visual arts. They do this through opportunities, services, and representation.
The types of professional development opportunities No Jobs in the Arts create include free events, workshops, artwork creation commissions, educational activities, exhibitions, and publications – always delivered by, for, or with early-career creatives.
The services offered by No Jobs in the Arts aim to support artist development in the creative sector across the UK. The team are nomadic, and are specialist in working with early-career creatives, collaborating online and in-person, with creative spaces, places, and people. In addition to increasing representation of early-career creative work in the public realm, No Jobs in the Arts are committed to establishing a commercial online space to represent emergent practices in the region. The No Jobs in the arts online shop is in development.
